Orhan İNCE

Orhan Ince, was born in Diyarbakır in 1983. He finished undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts, in Film and Television Department. He graduated from the department with a good degree. He enrolled to Marmara University, Institute of Fine Arts, in TV Cinema Section for his master with the first degree. He is now master student on. He shot 3 different shorts that written and directed by him. DEMA KU GENIM DIRIJIN (2010), ALİ ATA BAK (2013),  ADEM BAŞARAN (2014). His shorts were shown in nearly 150 national and international festivals and won nearly 40 different awards, When ALİ ATA BAK and ADEM BAŞARAN were shown in Turkey, and they became the most award winners of the shorts of the year. He made his first feature film The Hope (Hêvî) in 2023.


Ali causes tragicomic situations with a few sentences that schoolboys memorized by the system in their innocent world while trying to talk his uncle who is a teacher and who has not visited them very long.
